The luxurious two-story estate, constructed in 2008, boasts seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and an array of amenities. The property includes a heated pool, five fireplaces, a spacious six-car garage, a fully equipped in-law suite, a separate au pair suite, a circular driveway, a chef's kitchen with an oversized island, a full-size bar and wine cellar, multiple walk-in closets, an elevator, a finished basement, an in-ground trampoline, a billiard room, an arcade room, a movie theater, and a private massage room within the gym.
Biermann, aged 38, and Zolciak, aged 45, originally purchased the mansion in 2012 for $880,000. Their public struggles, both in their relationship and financial matters, have unfolded over the past six months.

Their rocky journey began when the retired NFL star initially filed for divorce in May, citing Zolciak's alleged gambling addiction as a cause of the financial turmoil faced by their family. After briefly reconciling, Biermann filed for divorce again in August.
In his second divorce petition, he expressed a strong desire to sell the marital home as swiftly as possible to allow the financially struggling couple to buy separate residences. Notably, Biermann pointed out that the house was due to enter foreclosure proceedings in November, marking the second time the property faced financial difficulties.

In the midst of these challenges, Zolciak has been working to liquidate the family's luxury possessions to secure cash. Biermann is currently facing a lawsuit from BMW for $400,000, while the former reality TV personality is being sued by Capital One/Saks for $100,000.
Their custody dispute involves four minor children: Kroy 'KJ' Jr., Kash, Kaia, and Kane. Meanwhile, Zolciak is also the mother of daughters Brielle and Ariana, whom Biermann legally adopted during their 11-year marriage.
The sale of their opulent mansion may signal a new chapter in their lives, as the couple seeks financial stability and independence following their separation.
